US Citizen filling for a Spouse
Hello,
I am filling for the second time for my husband as the first application was denied due to wrong electronic signature, i am applying online from egypt.
I have 2 question:
1 - If this is the second time to file, the time for decision will be shorter ?
2 - If the application decision happened after my second anniversary which is in March, he will get the 10 YRS or conditional ?

more u sign electronically for the 130 and ink for the 130a if needed
