I sent everything, when I say everything I mean everything that they need when I just applied and I spoke with several agent who told me that my case look good and there is nothing outstanding.. but if there are issues… why not send me a rfe to clarify whatever they don’t understand instead they put the application aside. kmft

He revisado los documentos enviados por USCIS y el último ha sido el RFE que tuve que responder. Aún no suben la carta de aprobación en sus portafolio de documentos. Alguien sabe cuánto demora?

I was told by Emma that my case was last reviewed on 07/30/24 and 08/06/24. Still processing normally at NBC and no information whether interview waived or not.
Still no EAD/AP. Congressman request made 3 weeks ago for EAD with no response yet.

UPDATE: My prayers were answered! My I-130 has been approved, FINALLY. And, the I-131 Edpedite Advance Parole was approved so I can walk down the aisle with my father in Canada this September! I am so relieved. The only case that remains is the I-485! Praying for

I filled my application since August 2021 both I:130 and I:145 and i went to for the interview twice but on Febuary 3rd my I:130 got approved but unfurtunatly i got arrested for DWI in March 2023 and the judge dismiss the DWI case and on Novermber 6th 2023 i reciveed notice to summit my my fisposition latter for the DWI from judge which i sent them but since then nothing come up and on May 2024 i contact my area woman congress they hrlp me send inquire request since then nothing come up the uscis said i should wait and they send email to me on June 18th that my case is UNDER EXTENSIVE REVIEW that tje supervisor need to check everything and make surr everything correct and cleared...please help me my people am tired of waiting ...
