hey , can someone please tell me how to check my son case, I didn’t create any account for him an we didn’t file at the same time , but it’s been 1year since I file the application, but I don’t know what’s going on with it, an my husband is the one who file the application.is there anyway I can check the application ??
child age limit for I-485
Does the age limit of 21 for a child, apply to the date of filing the I-485 application or to the date of decision.
I m in the EB1 category and my daughter is about to turn 19 in few months. We re expecting our priority date will be current in next few months. But worried if the approval process takes more than 2 years then she might be over 21 at that time.
Anyone who has info on this kindly share.

Travelling with VAWA Adance parole
I’m from Nigeria and would really love to travel with my AP for Christmas to see my family, it’s been 6 long years and I miss my family, I got legally married here 3 years after graduation from college and was supposed to have my traditional wedding in Nigeria but my husband has been holding off and the abuse keeps getting worse. I really need to see my family for my sanity. Did anyone have issues traveling with the AP to and from Nigeria? what happens at secondary inspection when you get back into the country?

Anyone here that is or has been in a consular processing (1-130) that has some immigration record like when someone overstayed a visa in the past but didn't need a waiver for going back to the country of origin more than 10 years ago. Did it take longer for the petition to be approved by USCIS?
