case been in Jacksonville FL field office since October last year
now on the 15tg they are reviewing my case I asked emmma, they said I’m on the queue for interview , I think because they giving me a 10 years card but I seen people they even got the 10 years without interview let see
anyone experience the same situation or he is in Jacksonville Fl

My journey comes to an end
It was a crazy roughly years with sleepless nights and pains, I file my i751 with my ex wife in Dec 2020 before Covid hit, early 2021 USCIS sent me REF in my mailbox but my wife took it and denied receiving it, as giving time was elapsing I replied the ref with the documents I had with me that time without knowing the details of the REF.
July 2021 she stated divorcing proceedings without informing me and got her final divorce approval on Oct 2021,She even went ahead and called USCIS to cancel my application, during all this process we were living together in same room apartment, she served me the final divorce and moved same day, I felt pained and disappointed but I trusted God and handed everything over God.At that point I had to seek for a lawyer consultation and he advised me to go to court and request for the final divorce papers which we have to submit with a Waiver,I provided everything lawyer asked and we filed a Waiver on Aug 2022 I was invited for an interview which I went with the company of my lawyer, the interview was okay as she asked me the details of what happened with my marriage….Since 2022 after the interview my case went standstill with no response or updates from USCIS but I never gave up as I keep praying and trusting in God. Jan 2024 I filed for N400 and got replied that they will handle the both cases simultaneously on July I got scheduled for N400 interview same July ending I got approval for my i751 and received my 10yrs green card, I passed my citizenship interview waiting for a swearing in
I pray that anyone going through any immigration issues will receive breakthrough please keep trusting God and prayerfull

NVC Interview after being DQ
Hello all,
We were DQ on April 10, 2024. We’re still waiting for an interview to be scheduled at the Casablanca Consulate. Wondering if I’m overthinking it all. The happiness and excitement from the I-130 approval is wearing off and I really just want my husband by my side asap.
Who has become DQ from the NVC and how long did you wait/are waiting for an interview to be scheduled? and which consulate is the interview at for you or your loved one?
