After more than 2 years of waiting finally I got approved. I just wanted to share my experience tell you guys don’t give up.
On December 2022, I started to expedite my case due to financial emergency then I got aproved after a couple of moths.
In June 2024, I called to USCIS to ask about my I-485 case and see if they can review my case or wondering if I needed to do something else. They told me that it was already past the regular processing time and that they would send a note to the officer that was reviewing my case. After a few weeks, I saw my case “Activently reviewing” and they schedulled me to an interview. I went to the interview on July 9th,2024 and the officer required me to do a new medical test and send them back. I sent it and I got approved after a few weeks.
Be hopeful and pray God for help!!

Hey guys I just wanted to keep everyone feeling positive. just a few days ago they approved my french spouse for his green card. the process seems intomiand hard but keep your hopes up people! it seems like they are moving along quickly. Everything was filed by us with no lawyers involved. You can see our timeline attached

I'm happy to share my i140 timeline. If I had known it could take this long, I would have requested premium processing. I submitted my application to Nebraska but for some reasons, the RFE was sent from Texas.

Hi guys,
I seen an development in my I485 case after Vawa approval. states: RFE has been sent and has been 20days and I haven’t received it. i happen to raise a ticket to resend RFE. Has anyone experienced the same- if so do you know how long it takes uscis to resend the document. I am concered as RFE has limited time to respond to.
Any experiences and suggestions much appreciated!
