EAD renewal based on I-360
Hi, please I was wondering if anyone has an idea on renewing EAD based on an approved I-360 under category (C31), I just want to know if my EAD can be renewed based on that category?
Also if so what address would the form be mailed?

yes, you can. And use Vermont address. It took for me 6 months

if your current EAD is C09 you can not renew as it can only be renewed if it’s the same category C31. Also you have to go to USCIS website to check where to send it to as I think it now currently sent to Nebraska.
