Not normal to be waiting since May 2023 for a consular processed I-130 being petitioned by a CITIZEN. Reach out to your local congress office. They all have a website with specific link to immigration issues. They will have you fill in a form and sign it and will hopefully enquire on your behalf.

I filed a inquiry with an congressman a couple months ago. I’m in CT, USCIS basically said they’re still “working” on it. I contacted USCIS multiple times as well but as we all know they’re all but useless
