RECEIPT NUMBER
Does anyone know another way I could get my receipt number? Our attorney wont’t provide us with it. They’re telling us my got approved with no approval letter…I’m like I don’t get was going on at this point seriously. I spoke to someone in there office today and she’s just feeding BS. I made her look so stupid because if the approval is going you our attorney WHERE IS THE APPROVAL LETTER?

I have questions:
1- regarding Joint Credit Card Vs user added as authorized user the same in the eye of USCIS
Most of Credit providers allow you to add your spouse as Authorized user since joints credit cards requires a whole new account i think , is adding your spouse as authorized user good enough to submits as evidence
2- I saw an RFE Withe the following Request: " federal and state tax returns including relevant schedules and attachments such as W-2 records
preferably with evidence of filing with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), or other tax
documentation demonstrating actual filings submitted to the IRS". Does the Tax returns and Ws we usualy get form turbotax or tax failing place good or you would need to contact IRS to send your trasnctipns that you filed the taxes but i never heard of that , as far as i know Tax returns are the forms you need to send

GOT APPROVED TODAY!!
I can tell that in my case contacting the congressman did help. My case was stuck and thanks to the Senator Junior of FL they started checking my case last week. Never hurts to try and sometimes it works.

Finally Approved! PD June 28, 2023
Not updated on this app yet, but at 10 am (Michigan time) I got an email from USCIS saying they took an action on my case. Status said active review (2nd active review) started today. I looked in documents and my approval was there.
I contacted my congressman 2 days ago, he contacted USCIS yesterday, and now today I got my approval!
USCIS has been working on July cases lately, and many June and earlier filers were skipped like me. It is a complete joke that I had to get my congressmen involved just for them to do something they should’ve already done.
I get that some cases require further processing, so it takes longer. But it seems like they just skip many cases for absolutely no reason. I worked in an immigration law firm for few years. My application was spot on and all the evidence was there. I knew there was no way I was going to get RFE. I was expecting my approval at the same time USCIS was approving other June filers. Oh well, finally done.
