me too. my lawyers filed c31. I did it over and got it in 120 days. but I’m still praying to see that c31 approval lol. that’s the big one

I filed my vawa 08.29.22. I have received 4 prima facey determination letters. now with all the approvals that I’m seeing on here I probably won’t get a decision until next August or so.

@bugu5420 Robinson we in the same time time but I filed my work authorization over and am already approved my work authorization under category 9 did you get your work permit already? If not, you have to wait until USCIS approve your Wow case then you will get your work authorization if it was filed under category C 31.

I filed my vawa case 5.23.22. I have received 4 prima facey determination letters ✉️ from my vawa case. now I'm waiting for them to approvls my I-360 vawa case before the I-485 adjustment of status... but I will love to ask everybody here is it true that gonna be doing interview on vawa case now. January next year i will be applying for a renewal of my work permit and my travel document. I wish everybody the best

@M.O W I have my c09 since September 17.24 and the reason why I just got it is because my lawyers did file under c31. so after I did my research and asked questions I realized that I had to file a different application for my c09 which I did and now I have to card. it took 120 days.
