EAD and Ap combo card renewal approved last week. in a nutshell - I’ve two work permits and travel document enroute. Now looking forward to finally getting the green card.

My US citizen sister (21) petition for my parents living in colorodo may 30th and they received their EAD in June 14 (mom) and Agust 8 (dad). My mom was approved for her residency on 3rd of September and received her card on the mail the 11 of September!! We are just waiting on my dad to get approved.

Urgent, Guidance Needed. L1A to H1B conversion
Hello Friends, I wanted to check with you guys on conversion. Am currently on L1A and would like to switch to H1B, the existing employer hasn't filed any Greencard yet and there is no sign either. Is there a way the New employer can file the GC under EB1 category for me considering if am playing the same managerial role under H1B. is EB1C filing possible under H1B at all other than L1A? Would like to understand the process and take the feedback. kindly let me know. I did seek attorney opinion and the feedback is mixed. wanted to check of anyone has gone or going through this situation.

Hi Everyone,
Has anyone had experience with expediting I-131 for advance parole while having a pending I-485? We filed I-131 on June 21, 2024, at the Texas Service Center, and the only update we've received is that the case was received. At the time, my grandpa was sick, but he passed away last month. They instructed me to upload documents to my USCIS account, but I can't find the inbox. I've already requested an access code and called USCIS, but I still can't get the code. Is there another way to expedite the I-131? Where can I send or upload the death certificate? This situation is extremely stressful, and my lawyer refuses to help.
Any advice would be appreciated!
I really need to go home Asap, next month as my grandma is not in good health too.

Does anyone know another way I could get my receipt number? Our attorney wont’t provide us with it. They’re telling us my got approved with no approval letter…I’m like I don’t get was going on at this point seriously. I spoke to someone in there office today and she’s just feeding BS. I made her look so stupid because if the approval is going you our attorney WHERE IS THE APPROVAL LETTER?
