EAD😖😖
I saw people getting approve so quickly that just send in their case. It's very frustrating, the approve process is so random and unpredictable.

I got mine in 120 days but they already had my prints from a previously filed application. yours will run you up to 6 or 7 months if your prints was just taken. this is not facts, it just my opinion based on someone who I know that went through what I saw on your profile.

I understand your frustration. The VAWA approval process can be unpredictable, with significant variations in processing times. Some cases get approved quickly, while others face delays due to requests for more information. It's important to stay patient and consider contacting USCIS or an immigration attorney for guidance on your situation. Many applicants share similar experiences.

don’t worry, they have your prints. if you had permission to come to the US, your prints are already in their database.
