hi there, I filed everything at Nebraska. I’m in the same boat! my EAD & AP were transferred to Vermont and 485 to NBC. I asked the same question but no one responded. what I’m seeing in the forum is that when you concurrently filed everything regardless of transfers, your EAD will take 215-250 days total for approval from your date of filing. you and I should hope to receive communication by Jan/feb latest. I’m currently waiting on a biometrics request, that’s when you know there is some movement happening. AP’s are seeming to take longer. I’ve basically put this together from constantly viewing other ppl’s timelines and filing dates

also there was a huge wave of applicants after April for VAWA since USCIS waived the filing fees and it seems like they got backed up again. another reason why you may be seeing quicker EAD/AP approvals for ppl who filed just before us

thanks for you response bro they received my biometric in September 16 so was hoping I get it before the new administration. hoping for the best

there is no need to worry, they transfer cases to another office because of their work load, that doesn’t affect your processing time, your timeline remains the same.

@black diamond You are too early to think about approval. VAWA process takes between 2 to 3 years. So may expect decision by June 2007 onwards

@black diamond still no biometrics request, my lawyer sent an inquiry and they acknowledged and he said it usually takes 30 days for a response. hopefully when they look into it I’ll get some forward movement

@oh Canada pls do u av an idea of how COMBO works bcos i did not see any AP changes does that mean I’m not getting the combo
