Hi guys , Anyone with similar case… I’m about to file for my N400 but i once have DWI but i’m done with the 12 months probation and other stuff.But the case is still on my background until 2026 before it would be clear off automatically.. I want to know if i can go ahead with my N400 application and hope this won’t affect my approval

just submitted all the documents stating your case is close and your no longer on probation.
