I-131: When should I expect my travel permit ?
Hi everyone,
I filed my case for Advance Parole 208 days ago. About 30 days ago, I received a notification that my biometrics had just been recorded. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? If so, how long after receiving the biometrics notification did you get your case approved, and when did you receive your Advance Parole card to be able to travel? received EAD after vawa approval in notice i see initial grant of differed action
hi guys
I received approval notice for i360 and received a EAD card for my Vawa application
but I see in the notice “initial grant of deferred action “ on page 2
I’m so worried I have maintained my status completely but why I see this action on my case
any idea?
do I need a lawyer?

Married June 2023. Applied for Advanced Parole (AP) in August 2023. AP approved December 2023; AP dates were in mid January 2023. Applied for EAD, I-130, and I-485 April 2023. EAD approved Oct 2023. I-130 approved December 2023. Submitted inquiry on I-485 May 2024. Submitted second inquiry August 2024 (90 days after first inquiry response). I-485 went into In Review 8/27/2024. I-485 went into In Review TWICE 9/18/2024. I-485 approved 9/22/2024

Inquiry
Can someone explain this to me. I did a inquiry, received an email from USCIS saying they received it on 6/27/24 but they respond through my email on 7/24/24 saying they received it. They have have 30 days response time and i Dont need to contact them on this inquiry.😳 It is now Sept..... Its been over 30 days. What should I do?

Approval after original i130 submission 569 days ago! Canadian citizen married to USC. Did not use a lawyer, I am 25 years old. FINALLY!!!!!
I contacted the senator of the state (ILLINOIS) around two months ago to see if they could help progress my case. To be honest, I don’t know if that actually helped but I am beyond happy and I can finally contribute to society. More importantly, I can go back to Canada and see my family once the GC arrives in the mail. ❤️

Anyone whose PD is February 2023 got any response about either I-140/ I-484/ Work authorization/ AP. my company lawyer applied for my I-140 May 2024 and I-485 combo July 2024. both are or pending. I have done biometrics and the only update is that biometrics has been applied to your case.
is my case processing normally? my PD is February 2023
