MARRIAGE RFE INQUIRY
I submitted a case status inquiry for my I485 that has been pending for over a year. they emailed me back saying they sent an RFE on June 2024 and that they hadn’t received a response. Yet I never received anything. I called USCIS today and they confirmed that an RFE was never sent. has anybody had this problem?

I will file my I485 application in October. I will be traveling for a week and I am afraid that I may miss my fingerprint appointment. Can anyone please let me know how long is between the time we receive the mail with the appointment details to the actual date of appointment?
To reiterate I need to know how far in advance to our fingerprint appointment we receive the mail where it says when is our appointment.

I-130 Online Signature Question
Hi all! I filed my I-130 online and now am worried I did not sign it correctly. The online process prompted me to type my first and last name into the signature field and nothing further. Now when viewing the PDF is just has my name typed in the signature field . I am also reading that digital signatures are not accepted. Does your name being typed in when submitting online count as your signature, or should I have printed, signed, and uploaded the form?
