Submission of Form I-693 (Medicals)
Hello Fam, just saw this. Guess this is applicable to us VAWA applicants that have already filed form I-485 and still. waiting on approval? Thank You!
As of December 2, 2024, applicants seeking to adjust their status to permanent residency in the United States must submit Form I-693, Report of Immigration Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, with their Form I-485. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of the Form I-485 application.

@tired from waitingg Great! is this applicable to us that have already filled for VAWA and submitted form I-485? Do we have to wait for Medical RFE or can go ahead and send it without RFE?

that update simply means ANYONE SUBMITTING from DEC 2nd 2024, it’s not saying those of us that have submitted in the past. if you submitted your application previously without the medicals you’ll get an RFE for it.
