concurrent filling i-130 and i-485
we filed con-current filling september 2024. got the receipt notice September 19, 2024. Biometrics Appointment was scheduled October 2. RFE for medical received October 3. Response to RFE evidence received by USCIS on October 24. Now, its shows in USCIS my progress tab that estimated case decision is 26 months 😫 how possible it is to get approved before September 2025? Badly needed to go back to my home country in November 2025 😫😫😫

Did you file I 131 advance parole to enable you travel in and out of USA while your I 485 is pending?

@Bongo terror no I did not file form i-131. yesterday the progress tab was 13 months, this morning when I checked, it was 26 months. i am going crazy lol

@tri b that’s just estimation. when I first filed my processing time was 3 months then it went to 18 months. until yesterday it went from 11 months to 14 months. everyone’s processing time is going up

No specific time to get a decision after responding to RFE. you can call USCIS.
