i-751 denied
I reached out to congresman for help with my I-751 last week and today I received an email that my case was denied. What are my options now? it was I-751 abuse wavier and I did not had any police report, or social worker affidavits. I had affidavits from friends and families. I had earlier got the notice that my case was transferred so that the interview can be scheduled. Please advise
guys good news to share with y’all today today got an email saying uscis has taken action on my case check to see case is being actively reviewing then when I check again I saw that case
has been approved I am so greatful unto God even this isn’t the end but I know God is working on our behalf here so please 🙏🏼 let’s this my case for almost 2 years give you hope has it has given me. your next in-line to be approved thanks to everyone here for your encouragement and strength has we all take this journey together

it is hard to wait with no movement on your case and have the feeling like it is being ignored. I hope that everyone who has been feeling this way will get there approvals so soon. I felt that way so many times during the process and I am so happy that it is over.

Extension Letter
Hi guys,
I need to travel next month outside the country. I haven’t received my extension letter, only the biometrics reuse and they were sent the same day so.. I am getting worried.
in order to travel do I need the original letter or can I print it from the online account?

USC (step father) petitioning step daugther under 21 🇵🇭 #IR2
Hello everyone!
I hope someone here has the same case as my daughter. WE DESPERATELY NEED ADVICE 😞
My daughter’s I-130 petition was approved on May 2022 and case was transfered to NVC and was Documentarily Qualified June 2024, category IR2. WAITING FOR INTERVIEW LETTER. We tried several expedite request because we want her to be here with soon but no luck, always getting denied.
And so now my Sister(USC) petitioned our Father(currently living with my daughter and is my daughter’s guardian) who case was approved and will be having his Interview this October 2024.
I am afraid that my father is living the country soon and nobody will be there to stay with my daughter in the philippines. I tried to request to expedite the other day but got denied again even if I explained the situation and attached a proof of my father’s interview letter.
The process is talking a toll to my daughter’s well being now because she feels like everybody is living her and I don’t want her to feel and think that way. I tried all the options that I know to make the process faster but at this point I don’t know what else to do.
Please I really need advice. Can anyone help us please.

Hello guys, I tried to expedite my i485 to go back home to bury my mom, they denied it while I was away and now I receive an update stated that ‘request for expedition has been received and has been forward an officer, I’d we need anything we’ll let you know”

hi, my i-140 was recieved last january 18,2024, processing at nebraska. its already septemper and my i-140 is still not moving. it still says “actively reviewed by USCIS” since january. is this normal? does anybody here has the same experience? enlighten me please.

I’ve got that dout cause the person who is gonna sponsor me can’t find her 2021 taxes but we have the 2022 & 2023 but my paralegal do not wanna take the transcripts but when I google even the USCIS website says they take” irs transcripts” as a proof of income!!

Hey guys, my Pd is 10/2020, 12 days ago I received update about interview, but I haven’t got the official notice about the schedule for my interview yet. Is anyone on the same boat?? Or those who had the interview before, how long did it take for you to receive your interview schedule??
