My received date on my RFE changed to a new date!!!!!!!
Hi everyone. I have followed advice from others on the app. I have taken a break.
But today I logged on to my USCIS account and the received date for my RFE changed to December 6 from June 14.
From everything I have learned, this means that someone is actually looking at it. I believe it has now been transferred to a field office.
Please respond if you have some info on what this means and how quickly did you get approved/interviewed or another RFE after.

90 days to 130 approval after this happened to me. 485 took longer after but that’s not always normal.

Did you see the information about a court order relsting to I 131? Check their website.

@E R Are you talking about normal travel document? There has not been changes to that. I know other classifications there has been (keeping families together?)

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 I feel like you had an oddly long process. I think it comes down to luck and speed of some officers. I am going one day at a time now.

@Kingsley B it just says I 131F will not be adjudicated based in the court order. its fhe i e about keeping families together

@E R Yes I did see that. I got the normal 131 but I am not going to use it to see my mother unless I really need to. I cannot imagaine being denied the 131 with the new changes. I feel very bad for people going through it.

@Kingsley B yea a guy I helped married a woman a month after they met and got his green card in 6 months, a month after it went to the field office. makes no sense why some take longer than others.

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 I was transfered to Detroit field office today. I received an email at 8:30 this morning that action had been taken but nothing changed so I called. They track how much you cal…lol. Did you get an email like that when yours was transfered? I am happy there is progress. Don’t even care if they interview us.

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 My 485 was approved today….. my 130 went into review yesterday. That is not showing approved yet. Probably today or tomorrow. I am just in shock. So happy. I will continue to use the app and support others.
