Finally Greened | EB1C | India
I am so overwhelmed with the emotions. 12 years old journey finally coming to an end. Had to go back to India in 2018 (H1B extension denial); came back to US in 2022 on L1A. This has been a roller coaster ride; looking back when we entered US in 2012, it’s been so rewarding.
For the folks who are waiting: there is nothing else we can do but wait. Hope is all we have. Thank you to all the folks who heard me rant. This has been a fantastic community. Happy to give back.

1. was ur case in CRP and if yes how many days
2. did u not submit supplement J initially or did they ask again as RFE?

@Joe joe : Thanks! Case was never at CRP. Regarding J supplement, ideally, I shouldn’t have received a RFE because we did a concurrent submission (and hence did not include J Supplement).

@Raj S ok ok mine is moved to CRP in Sep-09,2024 and waiting since then. what was the avg. waiting time on your local field office? mine is around 31 months and guessing of that is reason for delay

@Joe joe : The field office was non-local one. Their avg processing time is 12.5 months. A higher avg processing time can certainly contribute to a longer delay. Hang in tight. You never know when your day comes.
