Finally Approved!!!
After 14 months, the nightmare is over! We received our approval on August 29th. Here is the timeline:
06/28/2024: I-140 submmited
01/22/2025: I-140 approved
02/04/2025: Submission of I-485 and I-765
03/19/2025: Biometrics done
05/02/2025: Interview scheduled
06/02/2025: Interview done
06/06/2025: I-765 approved
08/23/2025: I-485 approved
08/29/2025: Card was produced
09/04/2025: GC received!
My case was EB-1 (Multinational Manager or Executive). No RFE. I think never transferred to non-local office and was approved at NBC.

Second Interview requested
I am a GC holder and filed for my spouse some time 2022. We went for interview June 2023 and our i130 was approved immediately but unfortunately F2A had retrogressed so our i485 was not approved. We recently became current and I checked in with Emma and I was told a second interview was requested around July 27th I was surprised honestly because I thought the first interview was great. Since then we have not received any notice in the mail and I was so confused and worried now. Any one with same experience to share ??
Attended biometrics appointment today
Hello community, I attended my biometrics appointment today for I-485 and I-765 and right after I left, I received an email saying that they took action on my case and when I checked the progress for I-485 it says Step 3 (attend interview) completed ✔️, Is that just an error from the website or what’s going? however I didn’t attend an interview or got scheduled for one before…

My pd is June 2022 (I-485). I know it is almost my turn to be greened. I already submitted the medical with I-485 in 2022. But you know it is expired. Should I upload the new medical on my USCIS acct or wait for RFE?

i360 approved ,medical sent,i485 pending,i765 approved while I have a work permit under the I 360.im confused
I sent medical 2 months ago they do not approved my green card yet,I have a work permit under i360 last night I received a notification that new card approved under the i765.im confused I will get 2 work permits.can someone help me to understand please.i have a work permit for 2 years c31 why they do not approved my green card and they will send me another work permit c09 .what is that mean please????

Woke up after going to bed with a headache and a sore throat to a email that action was taken on my case,when i check my online account i saw nothing but when i check document i saw the approval notice. Thank you God,It has been a ruff ride,mentally and emotionally, but through it all i learn to trust in Jesus, For all those waiting the journey is ruff but pray,pray hard,alot of time i felt like going home,my dad got sick kids started acting up,husband has got multiple stoke,the journey has been ruff but God was in my vessel so today i smile at the storm.
