no response on medical rfe from san fransisco field office. its been delivered 1.5 months back but no receipt notification or anythibg ? anyone been on the same boat?

same happened with me too. my due date was over and no update in my online case status. usps shows delivery of the package although. hoping for the best. PD - October 2022: RD - December 2022. Indianapolis field office
