Once an appointment is available, your interview will be scheduled, and an appointment notice will be mailed to your current address of record on file with USCIS.
after getting this kind of reply how long it usually takes them to schedule interview?
My case status is still CRP - Case Remain Pending since last 3 years

Hello! I called USCIS to inquire about finding my third appointment on the USCIS app. I mentioned that my interview is scheduled and that I am ranked third out of thirteen, but they could not provide me with any information. They told me that my case is still pending asylum. I'm confused about whether the information in the app is accurate or not.
Are you familiar with the USCIS tracking app called Trust?
delayed EAD
I filled for C09 EAD renewal June 2024 and in August I got a notification that the post office couldn’t deliver my notice that they had to return it and that this would impact and delay my process. I got the Extension in September 2024 . but I haven’t received my new EAD. and I switched my case to VAWA in Aptil 2024 before
I applied for my EAD renewal.
My Extension is expiring in March 2026 . anyone

y asi de rapido va el tiempo, intente buscar visa de paseo luego de haberla tenido ya que me la rechazaron al renovar y al volver la segunda vez me volvieron a decir que no, pero un dia leyendo la biblia aparecio Josue 1:9 y dice no te lo eh ordenado yo ? esfuerzate y se valiente y pues al 3er intento y ellos ver que mi formulario decia la verdad me otorgaron mi visa B1/B2 ya Dios mediante en Julio 2026 saldre de USCIS pero mientras tanto puedo visitar mi familia y esto es un gran plus. animo que faltan 300 dias mas pero si hacen las cosas bien eso pasa de una vez.

EMMA LIVE AGENT RESPONSE
Hello, please has anyone been told by Emma live agent, when asked about EAD status, my EAD is expiring soon then get this response: your case is sensitive and update can’t be shared via chat, that you need to call USCIS number to get the update? What does that mean? Anyone with ideas…and few days ago, I got an update of my cases being transferred to another jurisdiction. I will like if anyone has experienced such before.

My husband and rec’d and RFE for our I-130 and as of 9/4/25 case is actively being reviewed. Even though I know it still could take a couple of months. I really truly hope that it works out in our favor. We’ve been waiting too many years to the point Covid delay our processing. Please everyone send positive energy our way. #tilthen

Approved in 7 months. Visa overstay and no criminal record, Indianapolis Fo. Interview was 9/4 lasted about 10-20 minutes. The officer was nice and made us feel comfortable. We didnt get a verbal approval but she said we submitted all we needed to and she will review it and make a decision within a few days. The i130 status didnt change but approval notice was in documents tab and about an hour later i485 was approved and that was today 9/5.
I know the journey can be long and hard but keep pushing on.
