@moe jouniZ Have you tried to call or write USCIS or your lawyer to check what is going on with your case? I suspect it is not normal that your case is still not being reviewed.

@zafer dogan i did contact uscis and their answer was diplomatic and mentioned that they don't follow visa bulletin and i have to wait . also my attorney said thats correct .

@Za daughter S i can’t contact them, they showing that 12 december 2027 is the date i can e request about the case , so they said that the case was at the normal proccesing time hope they approve the case as soon as possible🙏🏻
