EAD Card not produced even after one month of approval

I applied for STEM OPT EAD on 24th Jan and got approval on 2nd May. its been almost a month and status of my case is still “Approval Case Decision Rendered”. How long does it take to card get produced and delivered after approval?

my pd is march 2013 India . still I haven’t received approval . Anyone in the same boat ? or any idea what happens next ? any relative who faced same issue yet got wl and approval at same time when pd became current ?
