case update
hello, I have concerns about my case and I was wondering if someone is going through the same. when I put my receipt number in the USCIS account it says it cannot be found and when I ask a representative though Emma she said information cannot be de disclosed due to section….when I call the USCIS and provide the receipt number they say thank you and the call ends. I really don’t understand what’s going on.

No need to leave US for green card, DHS clarifies
The Department of Homeland Security clarified that most green card applicants can remain in the U.S. during processing, easing concerns from an earlier announcement. This decision follows widespread confusion and backlash, with DHS stating officers will continue to decide on a case-by-case basis, a longstanding discretionary authority.

Hey, I have an aunt with DACA who applied for marriage-based status a year ago. When she opened a Bank of America account, they listed her as a US citizen. When she tried to fix it, they said it was fine because they treat DACA as citizen. Later, she realized it wasn’t true and updated her status at multiple banks, including a different Bank of America branch that corrected it right away. Now she's worried because she accidentally claimed to be a US citizen and is wondering if this could hurt her case. She’s a hard worker with no criminal issues. Do you think this might affect her application? for her broker account she put she was USA citizen but later changed it because she was given the wrong info.
