My H-1B petition (Regular Processing) was filed on June 25, 2025 after being selected in the FY 2026 lottery. It’s been over a year, and my case is still pending with no RFE or decision.

Has anyone experienced such a long wait? Did your case eventually get approved? Is there anything my employer or I can do to help move it forward? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated #h1b.

Way closer to my actual case than the official average. Smaller countries still need more data but it's the closest thing I've seen to "how long for someone actually like me.

I had my interview on June 9. My I-130 was approved on June 10, but my I-485 is still pending. I called USCIS, and they told me my case was sent for review. What does that mean?

I applied my deffred action on 23 feb 2026then fingerprints on 29 April and they changed case status - case was still processed by uscis and after 70 days yesterday they changed again - uscis is currently processing the case . what that mean ?

Hi everyone, My 2 years green card will be expired within 3 months, we are about to file for I751 soon to extend my card. So my question is how to send our marriage based evidences, should we add every evidence that we sent on RFE when they asked before I got my 2 years GC? or should we send only documents that we are collecting last 2 years after the card obtained ? Master Hearing Canceled

Hello everyone. Has anyone here had their Immigration Court master hearing canceled because the judge ordered written pleadings instead? My attorney told me the Immigration Judge canceled my hearing and gave us until August to submit written pleadings. I also have a pending VAWA (I-360) and I-485. Has anyone been in a similar situation? What happened next? Did the court schedule a new hearing, wait for the VAWA decision, or take another step? I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience. Thank you!

Can someone please explain to me what USCIS means when you go from "Case is still being processed" to "USCIS is currently processing the case"? 'Cause that’s what it’s saying now but I don’t see any movement on my I-765. Has it happened to any of you? Thank you so much!!
