My H-1B petition (Regular Processing) was filed on June 25, 2025 after being selected in the FY 2026 lottery. It’s been over a year, and my case is still pending with no RFE or decision.
Has anyone experienced such a long wait? Did your case eventually get approved? Is there anything my employer or I can do to help move it forward?
Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated
