I-751 removal of conditions
Hi everyone,
My 2 years green card will be expired within 3 months, we are about to file for I751 soon to extend my card. So my question is how to send our marriage based evidences, should we add every evidence that we sent on RFE when they asked before I got my 2 years GC? or should we send only documents that we are collecting last 2 years after the card obtained ? Has anyone have experience to share? thank you in advance
Master Hearing Canceled
Hello everyone. Has anyone here had their Immigration Court master hearing canceled because the judge ordered written pleadings instead?
My attorney told me the Immigration Judge canceled my hearing and gave us until August to submit written pleadings. I also have a pending VAWA (I-360) and I-485.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? What happened next? Did the court schedule a new hearing, wait for the VAWA decision, or take another step?
I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience. Thank you!

Actualizando sobre la demanda Federal de Abreu vs USCIS en South FL les comento que va avanzando a pesar de el juez no emitir una sentencia. Varios casos han recibido notificación en sus cuentas de fecha de entrevista a comienzo de esta semana. Hay MSC25 y MSC23. Digamos que 7 para ser específicos. Es decir, que USCIS está revisando estos casos. En otro comentario que hice, una persona de Texas incluida en otra demanda ya ha sido aprobada su residencia. Los mantengo al tanto sobre como avanza esta demanda. Por favor, si se encuentra en una de estas comentar y así debatir. Please, be professional with the topic.
