Hello Guys I submitted my application through marriage but I missed the biometric appointment because I didn't get any notice, after that I called USCIS to reschedule the appointment again, they did it for me but no update yet, what should I do?

Question About I-130 RFE

Hi everyone, Today my USCIS status changed to "Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent" for my I-130 case. I haven't received the actual RFE notice yet, so I don't know what evidence they are requesting. My question is: Will USCIS clearly specify exactly what documents they want in the RFE notice, or do I need to decide on my own what additional evidence to submit? I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who has been through this. Thank you!

It took way longer than I thought. Just patience and hopefully everything will come. Anybody knows how long it might take for the rest? Hope everybody get their stuff done ASAP !

I received my EAD and sponsor want me to start working. Im still in school and my I20 still valid. if i were to stop school and start working, would that be considered unauthorized stay if i were to start working past the end day on I20? Thanks

I-751 What logic makes to prioritise some cases over others?

I have been happily married to my husband for almost 6 years and it will be 3 years in August since I applied for removal of condition. There are personal reasons why I don’t apply for N400. But trying to understand why it is taking so long for some compared to others? Never been Illegal, the case is clean. Provided bunch of evidences. First green card approved within 5.5 months. Just so much devastating. Is there anyone who is waiting for almost 40-48 months? what’s your next action?

L2S approval time in Texas

hi all, we have applied L1B + L2S together in premium on June 1st. My spouse received L1 on June 22nd. But L2S still not moved so far. Any idea on how long it might take for L2S to get approved. I have L2S i94 till Sep 4. my concern is that I might loose work permit bcse of this. Any inputs on the situation. Does Texas centre process L2S quickly after L1 approval ?. What are the alternative options I can try ?, thanks
