Hi everyone. My case is SIJ-based I-360. My priority date is April 20, 2022 . My I-360 has been approved and biometrics are completed. Based on the Visa Bulletin, how long might it take for my priority date to become current? If anyone with a similar priority date has updates, please share your experience. Thank you.

Any recent EB-3 Unskilled approvals would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone recently had their I-485 approved for EB3 unskilled? My priority date is December 2021, I am adjusting status from within the U.S nyc. My biometrics and RFE were submitted in May 2023, and my case has remained pending since June 10, 2023. The status currently says: "Case Remains Pending" and that USCIS is waiting for an immigrant visa number to become available. Also I chat with Emma to confirm my file is in queens fo. Has anyone else been in the same situation? If so, how long did it take for your case to move after your priority date became current? Any recent EB-3 Unskilled approvals would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! for Eb2 GC, USCIS have received my AOS package two weeks ago, but i still can’t see any credit card charges yet. Anyone else in the same boat? any idea how much time untill i get receipt notices?

Hi I rescheduled my appointment as I will be travelling during that day. I rescheduled it to next Monday, as at today they did not yet send me the notice or uploaded under documents with the updated date and time of the appointment. Should I be worried?
