Cuban adjusment
Hi everyone,
I wanted to check if there are any recent I-485 approvals under the Cuban Adjustment Act (CAA) for those who filed between early 2025 and 2026, especially out of the Miami Field Office.
Here is my timeline and situation:
Filing Date: February 14, 2025 (MSC receipt number)
Status: Over 16 months pending, currently showing "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken".
Field Office: Miami, FL
