I 130 change of address outside of US
Has anyone changed their address with USCIS while living abroad? I am a US citizen living in Spain with my husband and we applied for his green card from here. We just changed apartments and are still in the same city but the online address form will not allow me to enter a foreign address .
Has this happened to anyone? Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!
I recently traveled with my combo EAD / AP CARD
I recently traveled overseas with my Combo card / EAD AP. The officer told me to go to the separate section where they were collecting passports and i-131 forms. There were about 20 people in the line. So after 2 hours the officer called my name and just asked for my address. After that, he said you are good to go. Once I got home, I saw that there is a stamp on my passport "Paroled" with an expiration date of 28th May 2023.
Does it mean some kind of status for one year? I don't get it. Why do they need to put expiration day?
F2 moved to F3
I was on category F2 since 2011 then I got married in 2018 and now moved to F3. Case actively reviewing since February 2022. How long till we get a feedback from Uscis? Will I wait till old priority date is current again for F3 or will they ask me to proceed with my process. #F3. #I-130. #Texasservicecentre.
RFE after almost 14 months
So me and my fiance applied for the k1 visa last year on April, our Noa1 is April 13th, and on June second they sent me an RFE, which I can't see what it is on my USCIS account since my receipt number starts with WAC and I will need to wait for the letter on the mail 😫😫😫, I followed all of the instructions before mailing the form to USCIS and I thought I sent everything that they ask for. My question is does anybody knows what are some of the RFE that they ask for?
