F2 moved to F3
I was on category F2 since 2011 then I got married in 2018 and now moved to F3. Case actively reviewing since February 2022. How long till we get a feedback from Uscis? Will I wait till old priority date is current again for F3 or will they ask me to proceed with my process. #F3. #I-130. #Texasservicecentre.

it can take up to 10 years before the approved your case status or even more than that

It takes between 1-10 years for F3 approval.

they just put the 1 to 10 years my take up to 7 years for f2 visa so f3 takes more several years before they can approve it

@Abbey brown, do you mean to say 10 years afresh? I have already spent 9 years in F2 category before being moved to F3 because my mother's status changed to citizenship and I got married. So will the count start afresh? And if so, why then is my case undergoing active review?

@Luiz, nope nothing. turns out my application was thrown out and I'm starting all over.
