question
I read under some post, if u already married from over 2 years you gonna get 10year green card.
is that true ?
I mean, I’m married from 05.20.20 and I’m waiting for the interview yet.( sent the application only on 12.2021) means I’m already married from 2 years and 3 months.
so I already got approved for I-765 and on pending for I-130/ I-131/I-485.
so my green card will be for 2 years or for 10 ?
honestly this thing about 10 years green card seems bullshit but I wish is true.
I appreciate any info about it.
thank you
i130 & Eoir i485..
Filed i130 five months ago with Vermont service center. Filed eoir i485 with the court four months ago cus i was in removal proceeding and my case was sent to Texas service center.
Later my i485 was transferred from Texas service center to local office and removal proceedings was terminated by thejudge last week and i130 still pending.
Do I need to upload the judge dismissal order to my i130 account or there is no need? i485 is already at the local office and i130 still at Vermont service center. Thanks...
Annoyed
This whole process is full of stress. Uscis proved that if they really want they can process applications really fast. It’s really sad when system is so broken and there are people waiting since 2020 and they are approving application within 30 days for new applicants. They completely forgot about family based applications and this is frustrating. we can’t do anything except getting frustrated anyway.
Advance parole Document
Please I have a question. I have an Advance parole document that has already been stamped at the port of entry and is a multiple entry. If I decided to travel again where will the immigration officer stamp the document again since it has already being stamp that the right hand box?
Will I get a new one before traveling or use thesame? I’m confused.
