You should file court order with your case, Only then will the USCIS people know that you have brought an order from the court and your case is about to be processed.

if your i485 is at a local office, it means it is been processed… wait for them to schedule your interview. the interview will serve for both i130 and i485 and you can take the court order with you to the interview. better yet, upload the court order as part of your evidence on your online account

Ok thanks. Have mailed the court order to the local office for i485 some days ago. Just wanted to know maybe I can upload the judge dismissal order to my online account for i130 application.

Tell your lawyer to request for prosecutorial discretion through OPLA, if OPLA agreed and sign it, then file a joint motion to the judge for dismissal and attach the document signed by OPLA to the judge. You dnt need to wait for i130 to be approved. Just tell your lawyer to request prosecutorial discretion. Lawyer knows how to do that

Noooo. I filed i130 around 5 months ago....

Yeah. OPLA sign in 34 days after I requested it and judge signed the dismissal order 24 days after submitted it and the letter was mailed to my lawyer 2 days after judge dismissed it...

Everything took like 2 months...

you should have waited to approve I-130. yes update the judge order to the field office so they can interview . once your I-130 gets approved , get ur case terminated.

Waiting for i130 to be approved before terminate removal proceedings Is a waste of time cus I can apply for i765 and i131 now. I just want to be out of court cus court process is stressful. Judge can tell you that ur nxt hearing is nxt year and you can't do anytthing. Getting out of court is a relief..

adjusting status with court is faster compared to uscis. some people have asylum ead , so they wait . yes out of court is good ,

@Kay kay what about if you have a pending i-130 petition and I am on removal proceedings from illegal entry. what can i do?

@uscis, I came with a visa, b1/b2 I over stayed. I first had marriage base adjustment of status which was denied cus my ex wife withdrew the application, that was why I found myself in removal proceedings. I got my work authorization on September and uscis is about to schedule my interview. They reached out to my lawyer.. I will send you the link to get to my lawyer in the next post. Thanks. God bless

Filed i130 April 12, 2022, filed i485 April 26, Filed i 765 May 5. Removal proceedings dismissed August 2022, i765 approved September. Filed i131 September, interview scheduled December 2022. Went for interview for i130 and i485 January 2023, waiting for decision. Expidite i131 February 2023 but expidite was denied.
