hi all, what is the Immigration status for pending asylum case.

has anyone had their NIW green denied and then lost their EAD card?

they say you should not just rely on your EAD card if your i-140 has NOT been approved. Does anyone know of an instance of the NIW being denied and then the EAD being revoked? How much time does the person have to leave the country?

Reopen Petition got Approved

Hello all, Last year, I file a motion to reopen my case and consider it to the next level, which USCIS did and I received a letter from them yesterday saying that my reopen petition has been approved. However, before this result, I file a new petition for my wife and it has been approved also and it’s with NVC, all documents are being summited almost two months now. What should I do with the reopen approved petition, I don’t need it anymore? Should I call or email USCIS to cancel the reopen petition? Thanks for your advice all.

Medical Documents

I-140 just approved last Friday, we concurrently filed I-485, and I-765 and still waiting for approval. We haven’t included the medical upon filing, do I need to go and get a medical done now or just wait for the RFE before doing so. Thank you.

can I apply for AP and 765 a few months I have sent the i485? I need to travel internationally and don't want to abandon the AP process, so thinking of sending that later.
