F3 category mother to daughter
Can anyone please explain the visa bulletin and how it works. My mom filed for me in aug 2008, 2021 I got an email that nvc has received all documents and now waiting on interview to be scheduled. I wanna know how much longer to wait this is long over 10 years now?

Visa bulletin said under your category F3 is 11/22/08 if your priority day was on 08/2008 that’s why you are ready for an interview but you have to pay the fees before and scheduled your interview. Good luck!!
