I can’t believe this! I’ve seen many I-130 counselar process cases get approved before adjust status cases. I don’t know how USCIS works, but in this situation I think it needs to be on the opposite.
My I-130 case is in Nebraska and I’m still waiting for my approvals, I hope come as soon as fastest, because sometimes I’m losing my head and getting nervous.

I’m happy to report that my I-130 was approved today! 🥳
My nerves were shot the last few days after they sent me an RFE on Wednesday. I just needed to submit more evidence that the relationship is real, so I gave them a ton of clearly-labeled photos, WhatsApp call log/media/chat screenshots, visa stamps, boarding passes etc. I was honestly shocked it only took a couple days after submitting the evidence to get approval. I’m so overjoyed!

Case is in active review after less than a month
Hi,
I’m a green card holder filling for my wife and son living abroad. I submitted their #I-130 on September 2023 and in less than a month, it went from “case received” to “case is being actively reviewed by uscis”
Is that a good sign ? ? ? Service center is California.
I mean some people don’t even get that update until months or even years of waiting but mine is in active review in less than a month after submitting.

For the second time i got update from USCIS case tracking that your case is actively reviews by USCIS om September 27th 2023. They received my I-130 case on august 10th 2022 and i got update on August 20th 2022 that case is actively reviewed. why are we getting an I-130 RFE over a year after submitting application and months after getting the EAD-travel combo card?
Hi all,
IR1 GC Concurrent Filing Submitted Aug 2022;
I485 RFE for medical received and responded Feb 2023.
EAD and travel card received May 2023.
Now just yesterday received RFE for I-130. Me and my USC spouse are very surprised and concerned. My progress tracker now suddenly says 9 months ETA processing time when it was showing ‘your case is taking longer than usual’ even 2 days ago!!!
Does anyone have a similar experience? If so what happened to you?
