At NVC, do we have to fill out I-864(AOS) form and scan that documents to upload or is this something we can fill out online within CEAC website?

you have to fill it, print it and sign it, then scan it and upload it to ceac .

yes just fill it and do not forget to sign it, and follow that step which i told you then after you finish fill ds260 and upload all you Your civil documents, press the submit and then wait until the nvc open the file and accept all then just wait for the appointment
