why are we getting an I-130 RFE over a year after submitting application and months after getting the EAD-travel combo card?

Hi all, IR1 GC Concurrent Filing Submitted Aug 2022; I485 RFE for medical received and responded Feb 2023. EAD and travel card received May 2023. Now just yesterday received RFE for I-130. Me and my USC spouse are very surprised and concerned. My progress tracker now suddenly says 9 months ETA processing time when it was showing ‘your case is taking longer than usual’ even 2 days ago!!! Does anyone have a similar experience? If so what happened to you? Please help #rfe #I-130 #I-765 #I-131 #I-485

NVC case creation

For the last 3-4 weeks NVC timline shows “Current case creation time frame: we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 19-Jul-23.” They been stuck on 19-July-2023 since 3-4 weeks whats going on is this accurate? Haven’t recieved my welcome letter even after a month! #NVC #Pakistan #I-130

They transferred my case today (I-824) from NBC and I don't know where to yet, is this good, bad, no influence, how are your cases going? My PD is August 15, 2023. We submitted the I-824 to ask USCIS to transfer our consular processing to NVC. #I-824 #consularprocess #I-130

No NVC Welcome Letter

Even after a few weeks NVC hasn’t sent any welcome letter. 😣 Inquiry only responded saying they didn’t receive the case from USCIS but it shows it was sent to the department of state already. This is so frustrating to keep waiting like this to continue the process. Some posts say they have gotten it within a few days. NBC, Lee's summit, MO do not process I-485. It only processes other applications like travel, EAD etc. NBC will review your I-485, verify that all documents are attached with the application and prepare your I-485 for a field office (nearest USCIS office from your location). If any document is missing, you will get an RFE. NBC also schedules appointment at your nearest field office for an interview, if required. Based on your priority date and visa availability, NBC review your I-485. You should check the https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ for the field office location (select the nearest city that has USCIS office from your location), as most likely your application will be sent to a field office who will process your application. #I-485 #I-130 #I-131 #uscis #nbc

Good day , parents are both green card holders & they filled F2b for me , I’m over 21 years . application was received July 5 2022 . it moved from count down to my progress on the website.
