My H1B and my wife and son's H4 statuses have expired last April 2020. Then we filed O-1A for me and O-3 for my wife and son. My O-1A visa/status was approved in June 2020. I-539 petitions for the O-3 status of my wife and son have been pending for one year. Meanwhile, our I-485 petitions have been filed in October 2020. Last month, my wife and son received their EADs (under C09) due to their pending I-485s. Can my wife and son work with their AoS EADs BEFORE their I-539s get adjudicated? If my wife and son now start working with their AoS EADs BEFORE their I-539s get adjudicated, will their I-539 get jeopardized? H4 Spouse Visa Pending Still

What to include in EAD expedite evidence

Recieved SSN for kids when my GC medical not submitted. Is this normal
I submitted all documents for GC processing(EB1). But did not submit my medical and thought would respond to RFE. Nov 2020 all main documents were submitted. Feb 2021 I got biometric date. March 2021 I got EAD cards in hand. Today I got kids SSN ( earlier it was ITIN). I was assuming that, once GC interview is completed, they would issue SSN for kids. But this is a surprise for me. Does anyone know, if this is normal or something I should be concerned off? #gc #ead #ssn
Is EAD based on pending i-485 issued after i-130/i-485 is processed?
Hello,
I am a USC and filed for AOS for my wife from F1 in 07/21. We sent the i-130, i-485 and i-765 together. However, due to some missing paper, the i-765 was sent back and we were able to send it back and it was accepted on 09/21.
She could have applied for EAD based on F1 opt and would have been faster. However, we applied for EAD based on pending i-485. We were wondering if EAD based on pending i-485 is approved much earlier than the GC is or it takes a long time to get EAD based on this category?
Is it based on approval of i-130 or i-485?
