Hello everyone just wondering if anyone has I 130 submitted in California? originally submitted to Texas and than transferred to California and found out when I called to get a update!

Anyone here did anything to get their case to move forward?
I am a permanent resident who applied for a I130 for my 3 kids under 21 since 2019... The case status is still showing "case received on 11/05.l with the California Center.
I have tried submitting a case inquiry and it keeps telling me my case is within processing time, when I check the processing time it says 24.5 months...
I am not sur what I can do to get this to move along.

I can’t believe they take so long and put use trough all this situation my daughter is 2 years old and been away from her for more the 1 year how can they think it’s right to separate a mom from there children !! what’s your experience with the California service center ? Guys We applied our i130 petition on july 5 2021 and our service center was California then after thet my husband became US citizen and we upgraded our case on December 6 2021 then the mail was from Texas service center..After 365 days we send mail to the service center for inquiry then we got to know that our case was in Potomac service center..What’s going on??Do you guys have also the same problems??What does this means??Does it affects our case???

hello, I am green card holder, applied I 130 form for my husband ( he lives in the USA) In October 2019, still nothing. case is outside of processing time. I submitted an inquiry like 6 times, always get same reply like wait or the last one was:

I am going to apply for citizenship next week. do you think it can help to move my husband case faster?

after almost losing faith, God has done it again! it’s pretty uncommon to see LPR posting here since the most of you guys are USC and I was really desperate.
