At 1 time I saw that CA was the only USCIS center handling K-1 visas. Have y’all heard of any other centers that have started working them as well? and if so can you request a transfer to another center that is able to process quicker?

My fiancé lives in Dubai, but native to Nigeria. Would it be better to get a residency visa in Dubai or have him fly back to Nigeria for the interview process?

i went to the uscis website this morning and their processing times has changed for the i-130 us citizen bringing a spouse is now 10.5 months at least SO FRUSTRATING TO SEE

@sara el hey yes I did! unfortunately had to file the i824 to send to nvc so I did, waiting for the receipt on that now.
