Can I request or pay for petition to be shifted from Potomac
Potomac service center seems to be absolutely trash. Most likely a bunch of Stephen Miller buddies running that place . People married a year later in California get their petition faster than Potomac. Can’t USCIS just ask for more money to get petition moved from Potomac to a different service center . I would pay and it’s a win-win they get more money and I get a faster processing and not curse the idiotic Potomac scam center .

This is concurrent filing, adjusting status from F-1 visa married to a green card holder; we submit I-130, I-485, I-131, and I-765.
I-130 is at California Center,
I-485 Cleveland, Ohio filed office,
I-131 and I-765 are at the National Benefits Center.
I-131 & I-765 both have never been approved
I-130 was approved a day after the interview ( June 29, 2021)
I-485 was approved 36 days after the interview
The RFE was requesting for a joint sponsor.

saw an 08/29/21 at California get approved last night. my anxiety is literally of the charts since my pd is 08/31/21. really hoping I get my approval this weekend or by the next week. I’m going crazy!!!!

Hi guys! Really need your advice🙏Can my spouse move to another state while we are waiting for marriage based green card interview?
Hi everyone! Me and my American husband live in nyc, we send all the documents to uscis 4 months ago, I already had my biometrics here. The problem is that my husband wanna move to San Francisco in November cause he thinks he ll find better job there and I don’t really wanna move there, also I think he is not serious about it and can come back to nyc after very short time. My questions:
1) if I stay in nyc and he lives in California, can we go for interview in nyc? cause I don’t want them sent out case to California and deal with delays. Is it gonna be a problem for immigration if we live separately but travel to each other sometimes?
2) if we both move to San Francisco in November but interview will be already scheduled in nyc till that time, can we later just fly to nyc for interview? should we inform uscis that we moved to California if for example my friend will live here and she ll check mail for me, so I am not gonna miss any important letters from uscis

I just wanted to share with you guys that I chatted with an agent this morning through Emma, and I found out that my case - I 130 (LPR) - was transferred from California to Texas, and I was never notified about the change.
Sharing in case you're checking processing times for a Service Center without being sure where your case is actually at!
