H4&H4 EAD renewal
Hello all , it’s been 116 days and still the USCIS update shows case received. Iam really frustrated. my EAD and i94 expires on Oct 22 and Iam in c26 category. my husband’s primary h1 got approved. any predictions about how soon the EAD and h4 get the results? ours is California service center
Where are my California Service Center October filers?
Who is waiting for an I-130 out of the California Service Center and applied in October of 2021? This week we hit the official 10.5 month processing time.

The work schedules of the centers
Hello everyone. I have a question about the work schedules of the centers. I noticed that sometimes some people are very clear about which center is working on which month’s cases. For example; I saw some people said California center is working on August 21 cases right now. So I want to know how you guys know that? Is there a place where you are checking it from? Or you just call and ask? It would be nice to know which month’s cases Texas center is working on right now..
Also I would want to know if there’s any fellow Turk who waits for the approval.. Especially at Texas Center.

USCIS skipping cases?
Why is that every time I come here people with whole another different month and days are getting approved. Just yesterday saw someone from 28th June 2021 and today someone with 11th June 2021 got approved.. day before someone from April 11th 2021 got approved. seem like they just putting cases in the hat and picking one by one to approve. totally skipping June/29/2021 cases.. California has been the worse yet so far with these cases…

I feel like Texas hasn't been approving cases as much as California and Texas is supposed to wait less than California. I see Texas approvining June cases and California is already approving September cases it is so fustrating. if they won’t follow the processing time why do they give one so ridiculous. #justthinking
