Sara El I dont really see September cases moving fast but it seems like two weeks out of a month they do alot of approvals. so im guessing begining of September ther will be alot of approvals for September. towards the end they'll start on octobers. then processing time to 12.5 months 😭😭😭😭😭.

@nina I just hope that this nightmare will end asap And that nvc process will be smooth. I first thought that I'd be already reunited with my husband withing 8 months. I m thinking to expedite in nvc. I had medical complications due to stress and anxiety....

@Hassan - Mine is 19th Nov, 21. California Service Center. USC applying for spouse. Its disheartening to see Vermont and Texas service center getting approvals even for Oct & Nov while California is still lagging behind early Sep cases.

Basis patterns I see the average processing time of California i130s between 345-365 days. However, Visajourney states that I should get my approval anytime now. Not sure how far it’s accurate.
