the reason Iām asking iits because itās IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of someone on the phone and last month when I emailed my inquiry, I was told to just keep waiting but itās already been 3 months past the approval date. Iām getting anxious already!!

when the automatic machines asks you why you are calling, say āinfo passā or ātechnical issuesā and it will transfer your call to an agent within minutes

just got off the phone and was told that the last time an agent had my case was last week and they could still be working on it bc it doesnāt say in the system that he or she has cleared it. was also told that not only one agent works on your case and that once one agent finishes the assigned job that he or she needs to work on your case, then another agent grabs your case and maybe that person is the one that approves, denies or RFEās your case. Iām somewhat happy to know that my case is actively being worked on. btw, I was also told to call back next month in case thereās any other news. They were very professional and patient and answered all my questions.
