Infopass Appointment
My case for AOS was approved by an immigration court Judge, as my case was with the court. My I-485 took about about 20 Months after the approval of I-130 by USCIS, to get a final hearing before the judge.
I now need to contact USCIS for them to give me the green card. How long does it take for an infopass in San Bernardino County California?
I called today the USCIslS customer care and they informed me they are yet to receive the report from the court.
one can also provide their own experience with infopass appointment.
Thank you

I-485 Case Remains Pending - I-140 EB2-NIW
Hi All, I filed for the I-140 NIW EB-2 in April 2020 and in August of the same year i applied for the I-485. In March 2021 my I-140 was approved. My 1-485 has being pending since them and moved from Nebraska to NBC and i think is in California now. In November last year, i interfiled my Medicals but never got any confirmation from USCIS if they tied the Medicals to my case. In August this year i received an RFE asking for some documentation but no mention to the Medicals. I responded the RFE in Sept 22nd and case was status was changed to "Case Remains Pending" and the message below:
Does that mean that they are not working on my case right now? or they come to a decision but are waiting for the new fiscal year to have a visa available to me?
Also, if the RFE did request my medicals, does that mean that they accepted the medicals i interfiled?
My anxiety is very high right now waiting for the decision :(

Case Remains Pending
PLEASE NOTE: If you have submitted a valid transfer of underlying basis request, then this Case Status Online message does not mean that USCIS has paused work on your application. Our systems do not currently have the capability to automatically update the receipt of a transfer of underlying basis request or Supplement J at this time.
The message will be updated in Case Status Online, however, after USCIS takes some other action on the adjustment of status application (for example, issuing a request for evidence, transferring the application between offices, or approving the application).
For more information, please see the Fiscal Year 2022 Employment-Based Adjustment of Status FAQs page.
I read online that this was because the fiscal year ended in September and there was no more Green Card visas available for the category and must likely case would be processed in October, I am just wondering if that is correct? I check my case status several times a day and my anxiety level is very high right now. I hope my case is good and approval will come soon.

January 2022 CR1 processing times
For those of us that filed I130 for spouse in January 2022 and have checked the online account with USCIS, I'm curious what your estimated processing times say...
Service Center: California
Priority Date: 01/18/22
Filed K3 PD 03/11/22
Estimated processing time in my online account currently says 3 weeks but 10.5 months would be early December..... so hoping to compare notes and see what other January 2022 filers are getting for their estimated processing time. I'm not sure I trust the 3 week estimate.... 😕
3 more days for waiting anniversary 🎂 #I130
#l130 #activelyreviewed #almostayear #Stillwaiting
California service center is not meeting the processing time and it just keeps changing. It is ridiculous that a husband/wife son/daughter of an US citizen has to wait one, two, three years to be reunited with FAMILY. I'm so tired of feeling powerless. My case has been "actively reviewed" for 250+ days now. It shouldn't take that long to have a marriage certificate validated and let the process move on to the next step.

MY CASE
My case is outside normal processing for more than 2 months , i filled an inquiry and they responded with meaningless email, now after a week i checked my documents tap and found a message saying (Your case is taking longer than expected to process. You do not need to take any action at this time).
does anyone one had this experience before?

El Paso Field office
I just called USCIS and agent told me that my case is processing at EL Paso Field office Texas. I live in Sacramento California. she also mentioned that the case will be processed by December 19 of this heat and she also mentioned that this date can change anytime.
I called few days ago and the agent said that my case is at Sacramento field office which is my local FO and she even mentioned there is a note added by my case officer on Sep 27th that she can’t see what the note is.
Any similar experience? I am wandering why they transfer my case to El Paso when it was already in my FO. Thank you
ACCESS ONLINE CODE FROM A DIFFERENT CENTER
Hey guys, I have a question here.
I received a receipt from Texas Center confirming my application with the case number, a month later I received a letter from California Center with my online access code..
What does that mean ? why different centers? how would that affect the application?
this kinda stresses me out..
would be grateful for any clarification
