Out of time (F2A) LPR
if ur service center is California, you should check it with agent Emma and make sure your case is still in California Service Center, because they’re now approving January 2021 fillers
They can transfer your case to another service center without notifying you
it’s only for (F2A)

expedite request with California service center
has anyone been able to successfully expedite their case at the california service center? if so how long did it take to hear back? or under what reason? i submitted a request today to expedite ead based on financial hardship of wife being pregnant & unable to work and rent increase, through emma. was told to lookout for emails in case they require proof. my case is outside of processing time. thanks for any input.

Someone who has experience with these forms I824 what happens is that my case was approved and I never received the notification by mail they told me that I have to send 824 form for a duplicate of the forgiveness but I have a doubt I live in California where Would the 824 be sent if I live in Los Angeles?
I’m F2A California. Filed on April 21 St, 2020. Actively reviewed since February, 2022. I’m see that everybody after my priority day has been approved. This is the slowest wait ever. 😩
